The alpha guy broke through wall after wall, demonstrating his strength in front of all the masses. He became even more motivated when he thought about Xandra and Beatrice witnessing his macho way of breaking through walls and capturing the flag.
But as the levels went up, so did the difficulty. By level 18, he felt more and more tired and strained from all the effort he made in the last levels. By itself, this level wasn’t that hard. He was sure that his strength far surpassed the Damascus steel. However, he didn’t expect exhaustion to be a major factor in the game.
He was now starting to regret doing all those extra moves in the earlier levels. He could have had more energy reserved for the last levels if he didn’t try to impress the girls behind him. But it didn’t matter. He would push through level 20 and show them that they should ditch the sissy guy in the chair and go with him! He must show that he was the Alpha of the group, not some Beta like Patty!
Finally, the guy reached level 20. Most people would break at this level, unable to muster up the strength to break through the 30-fold Damascus steel. But the alpha guy was sure that he could do it! Even if the cloud armor on his body was starting to disperse into nothing but a faint mist, he still mustered all the testosterone in his body to break through this level.
“RAAAAAGGHHHH!” he screamed as he punched the wall with all his might, creating a dent in the wall. If that wasn’t enough, then he bombarded it with punches, his fists starting to get bloodied. He didn’t stop as he was getting pushed off the treadmill by the wall.

Finally, he broke through to the wall and destroyed a part of the wall just enough for him to squeeze through. He stumbled on the treadmill, his body almost giving up until he lunged forward and finally took hold of the flag and proved himself strong enough to break through the 20th level of Seize the Flag!
The treadmill pushed him out of the game, but he didn’t care. Everyone looked up on the electronic leaderboard as his name suddenly popped up on the 20th place.

“YESSSS!” he screamed. “See that?! I’m the manliest man of them all!”
Everyone on the sidelines gathered around the guy to congratulate him on this amazing feat. they didn’t think that such a young guy who wasn’t even in college was able to reach the top 20, proving that he had enough strength to break through 30-fold Damascus Steel! He could tear through steel like paper, bullets weren’t enough to pierce his skin! He was truly superhuman!
The alpha guy ignored all the praise from the other guys and walked straight toward Beatrice and Xandra. He expected them to fawn over him and offer up their bodies to him after he showed his physical dominance.
“Where’s my hug at?” he said as he forcefully closed the gap between him and Xandra. In his eyes, no woman could ever resist his manly charms, not even someone as beautiful as Xandra. “Don’t worry Beatrice. I’ll give you a hug after.”
But as he closed in for a hug, he didn’t feel the slender and sexy body of Xandra, instead, he felt a very tough and wide object that he couldn’t even wrap his hands around. When he opened his eyes, he saw that he was hugging a punching bag instead! He quickly spat out his spit because it turned out he was kissing something that was laced with sweat from other guys!
In his anger, he punched through the punching bag, destroying it and sending sand all over the floor. “You bitch!” His whole body was red as he tried to rush towards Xandra. But she was already on the other side behind Patty.
“You think that a pathetic boy like him could protect you?! After I showed you how I have perfected my physique to the utmost peak possible for humans, you still pick a miserable piece of garbage over me?!”
In his anger, the guy kicked Patty’s rolling chair over to the treadmill and forced him to play in the Seize the Flag and show everyone that he couldn’t even finish the first level!
Unfortunately, there was a reason why people needed to wait until the entire game finished restarting. There was a contraption underneath and atop the whole treadmill that fixed the wall over to the treadmill itself, and time was needed for the machine to reset the walls that were preloaded into the game itself.
This meant that instead of starting at level 1, Patty was forced to start at level 21!
Everyone immediately knew something was wrong when a wall made out of 31-fold Damascus steel suddenly appeared from the curtain and headed straight for Patty, who was in the middle of the treadmill! At level 1, there weren't supposed to be any walls at all!
“Oh, my Supremes! Get out of there, man!”
“Tell the operator to stop the game. There’s a civilian in there!”
“This will end in disaster!”
A normal person feeling the full weight of a 31-fold Damascus steel wall going at him at 15 miles per hour was akin to being hit by a car. At the very least, a normal person would have broken bones in every part of their body. At worst, they could die from a wrong nerve being hit because of the impact of the wall.
The game would automatically stop when it detects a user was thrown back from the treadmill. This was a built-in safety feature that saved a lot of people who underestimated the strength of the Damascus steel walls.
However, Patty couldn’t leave. His rolling chair was perfectly rolling at the same speed as the treadmill, making him look like he and his chair were staying still while he was on the treadmill! That was the reason why a lot of people were shouting for Patty to leave the treadmill! But instead of hurrying out, they saw him do absolutely nothing as the wall raced towards him.
“Oh poor guy! He’s too shocked to leave!”
“Can anybody save him?”
“It’s too late, man. If somebody goes out there, there’s going to be two casualties instead of one.”
The alpha guy wasn’t remorseful about what happened to Patty. After all, Patty could have simply tried to leave the treadmill by himself. Patty’s inability to do so was not his problem. And even if he tried to save Patty, he could do nothing about the Damascus steel. Level 21 and above was way too much, even for him.
Beatrice, on the other hand, was getting anxious. The reason why she chose to go to this place was because she knew that they would encounter guys like the alpha guy. She knew that they would try to teach Patty a lesson to show their dominance to beautiful girls like them. However, she didn’t think that things would go this far. She just wanted to teach Patty a simple lesson about pretending to be strong.
Of course, no one knew about Patty’s real strength. He knew that he could get out of this treadmill if he simply stopped the wheels of his rolling chair. However, that was too much effort. He knew he didn’t have to do anything. These Damascus steel walls were nothing to him.
Most people closed their eyes as the wall closed in on Patty. They didn’t want to see death in front of them.
Patty sat still as the wall crashed into him, but the disaster that everyone was expecting didn’t come.

Instead, Patty just passed right through the wall as if he was a ghost. There was no resistance at all as if Patty was just a holographic projection that couldn’t interact with the real world. It was only after they looked at the Damascus steel wall that they figured out what happened!
There was a ‘Patty-shaped’ hole in the wall! It was complete with his head shape, his rolling chair, and his feet just hanging barely above the floor. Patty didn’t even flinch as he just tossed aside the fragment of the wall sticking on him. He simply tossed it aside as it rolled down the treadmill.
“How could that even happen?!”
One of the guys picked up the leftover wall fragment and saw that it completely fit the hole in the wall. “That’s just impossible. Physics doesn't work like that!”
The flag rolled down in front of Patty and landed right on his thighs. He took the flag and pushed himself off the treadmill. Just like that, he broke through the 21st level and broke the alpha guy’s record, pushing him away from the top 20.
The alpha guy’s jaw was on the floor as he watched his name get knocked out and replaced by a blank name. He looked at Patty as if he was a monster. Damascus steel would only be broken beyond physics if the guy was multiple times stronger than the steel itself and was imbued by the power of a strong Teqx.
Patty used the treadmill as he rolled beside the guy.
“Better luck next time, kiddo.” Patty tapped him on the shoulders.
