At the age of thirteen or fourteen, they were in a period of rebellious adolescence. After a calm period for more than a week, the troublemakers in Class 13 finally got tired of this boring school life. For them, their family background ensures that they can have a bright future even without studying seriously. They are much luckier than most people, who only rely on studying to pave the way for themselves.

Early in the morning, Luo Xiao and Ye Lan walked into the classroom together. They noticed several boys huddled in a corner and talking about something in low voices. This caused Ye Lan, the class monitor, to furrow his brow slightly.

Sure enough, during the second physical education class in the afternoon, because of the limited playground space, several classes often had their physical education classes together. During this time, those few boys began to heat up with students from other classes, to the extent that they were getting ready for a physical fight.

“Stop it, all of you!” The moment Ye Lan noticed that the situation was getting out of hand, he went to see LuoXiao. “What is going on? Why are you resorting to violence?”

“What is it to you? I can fight with whomever I want!” Jiang Li rolled his eyes and retorted disdainfully, “You’re a good student, so just go away.”

“You are a student of our class, and as the class monitor, I have the right to manage you,” Young Master Ye stated. If it weren’t for that bastard forcing the position of class monitor on him, he wouldn’t even bother to look at these childish teenagers!

They were nothing but a waste of time, distracting him from spending time with his beloved Xiao Xiao. It’s really infuriating!

“Why should you manage us? Get lost!” Jiang Li had an extremely strong distaste for good students like Ye Lan. What’s so special about having good grades? He’s just a nerd!

Luo Xiao tugged at Ye Lan’s sleeve to signal him that a teacher had noticed the situation. Following Luo Xiao’s direction, Ye Lan saw that it was indeed the case. He lifted his hand and rubbed his aching forehead, asking others as he did, “Can somebody explain to me what happened?”

The few boys opposite them glanced at him and raised their eyebrows before saying, “It’s these guys in your class who were rude, so we’re just having a good talk.”

“Rude?” Ye Lan frowned a little. “How are they rude?”

“They called us nerds who only know how to read, frail trash, and other names. They’re clearly looking down on us!” A boy wearing glasses pushed the frame of his glasses and said.

Luo Xiao looked at the figure of a few of them and realized that, not to mention, these words were actually true to some extent. All of them were wearing those kinds of rustic glass frames, and they had pale complexions. Because of the fight, their faces were flushed, making them appear somewhat healthier.

“Tch, with your stupid looks, you still want this little master to look up at you? What a joke!” Jiang Li crossed his arms and looked at them from heed to toe with a disdainful expression before directly snorting a laugh.

The few students behind him also exchanged knowing glances and looked at them mockingly. “That is to say, if you hadn’t talked about us behind our backs first, do you think we would have the time to talk about you? You really think highly of yourself!”

Ye Lan looked at Jiang Li and the others, who were constantly provoking others, and had a feeling they deserved a beating. After taking inhaling for a few times, he smiled and said to the other party, “Since you said it was them who speak rudely, I would like to say sorry for them first. Then don’t you think it is better to make this matter not a big deal? What do you think?”

“No, why? They should be the ones who should apologize!”

“You want me to apologize to you? Just daydream!” Jiang Li directly raised a middle finger at them.

“You!”

Well, this is the course of action where they would fight after a disagreement. At this moment, Ye Lan had a bad feeling that in the next three years from now on, his life would be “wonderful” because of this group of naughty kids.

With the exception of his family’s Xiaoxiao, Young Master Ye was very decisive and neat when dealing with others. When he saw the two groups of kids getting more and more agitated, he only felt a headache.

Luo Xiao, on the other side, opened his mouth at the right time. “You all calm down first. Since no one in both parties is willing to take a step back, then we definitely need to find a civilized way to solve this matter.”

“Civilized way? Tsk, in my opinion, it’s good to go straight into a fight!” Jiang Li let out a cold snort.

However, some students on the corner saw that the teacher was looking over here, so they asked reluctantly, “What kind of method?”

“We can have a match, the one who wins two matches will be the winning group.” Luo Xiao explained, “However, for the sake of fairness in the competition, how about you both choose one that you are good at, and the last one will be decided by a third party drawing lots?”

“No problem. How about it? Do you dare to accept it?” The boy with glasses nodded and then raised an eyebrow at Jiang Li.

“Hmph! Am I still afraid of you?” Jiang Li lowered his hands, placed them on his waist, and looked up smugly.

“Okay, in this case, you all can discuss what the two matches will be. As for the third match, we will determine the content later.” Luo Xiao heaved a small sigh of relief in his heart.

Luckily for him, everyone listened to his suggestion. If they really started a fight, there was no way that he and Ye Lan would not be implicated.

Looking at the two groups gathered in a circle and talking something in low voices, Luo Xiao and Ye Lan glanced at each other. They hoped that after the match, these energetic kids in their class would be able to finally restrain themselves a bit.

“We’ve finished discussing it, and we will have the content of the first match to be a knowledge quiz.” A trace of contempt flashed through the eyes of the boy with glasses.

Hmph, let’s see what you bunch of poor kids can do!

“If that’s the case, we will go for the tug-of-war for the second match.” Jiang Li showed off his biceps and threw a provocative look at them.

Hmph, let’s see how you bunch of white chickens can compete with us!
