Returning home after the harrowing encounter with the stealthy lorg, I felt a mix of relief and apprehension. The familiar sights and sounds of my room brought a sense of safety.

The transition was abrupt. One moment, I was surrounded by the dangers of the forest, and the next, I was standing in the dim light of my room. The contrast was stark, but it was a welcome change.

I slumped onto my bed, exhaustion weighing heavily on my limbs. Despite the comfort of my surroundings, my mind refused to settle. Thoughts of the lorg and its stealthy attacks lingered.

Reflecting on the encounter, I reasoned that the first group of lorgs must have been alerted to my presence by another lorg. Initially, I suspected it might have been the stealthy one, but I dismissed that notion, recalling its ability to strike unexpectedly even during a fight. After pondering for a while, I hypothesized that there might be a type of lorg specialized in detection.

With this realization, I began planning countermeasures. I decided to rummage through my storage for objects that could enhance my stealth. After weeks of battling lorgs, I had amassed a small fortune, just enough to afford some of the costly equipment.

It's always uplifting to see a decent sum, but the prices of the items I needed to purchase served as a harsh reminder of my financial situation.

[Enchanted Camouflage Cloak: 178 c]
[Improved Detection Monocle: 340 c]

At least these items would increase my chances of survival in the warzone.

[Enchanted Camouflage Cloak: The cloak changes its colors and style to provide constant camouflage depending on the environment, making it difficult for enemies to detect me when moving slowly or stationary.]

[Improved Detection Monocle: It enhances vision to easily detect enemies, even through low stealth methods.]

Before examining my new equipment, I decide to sharpen my weapons. I don't feel comfortable knowing that my weapons are not ready for fighting, even if I am in my room. Maybe this is post-traumatic syndrome, or maybe I am just spending too much time in the warzone. Anyway, I go to my desk and take my whetstone to start.

Sitting at my desk, I took a deep breath and began to sharpen my survival knife. The rhythmic scraping of metal against the whetstone was oddly calming, each stroke a reminder of the countless times this blade had saved my life. I moved on to my survival axe, its blade dulled from recent battles. As I honed its edge, my thoughts drifted back to the lorgs and the relentless challenges they posed.

With the knife and axe sharpened to perfection, I turned my attention to my new acquisitions. The Enchanted Camouflage Cloak lay on the bed, its fabric shifting colors in response to the ambient light. I ran my fingers over its surface, marveling at the craftsmanship. This cloak would be invaluable in the field, allowing me to blend seamlessly with my surroundings.

Next, I examined the Improved Detection Monocle. It was a small, intricate device, but I could feel the power it held. I placed it over my eye, adjusting the fit until it was comfortable. The world around me took on a new clarity, subtle movements and hidden shapes becoming visible. This monocle would be my edge against the detection lorgs, turning the tables on them.

Fully equipped, I felt a renewed sense of purpose. I couldn’t just wait for the lorgs to find me; I needed to be proactive. My encounters with the stealthy lorgs had taught me that they  are more than a bunch of strong and foolish beast. I had to stay one step ahead, anticipating their moves and countering their strategies to survive and continue searching my immortality.
