to start i search how to do some exercise to increase my strength on google


 

The search results were overwhelming. Pages upon pages of advice, workout plans, and videos. i decided to start with some reputable sources and clicked on a few links from Healthline, Bodybuilding.com, and Men's Health. They quickly realized that there were common exercises mentioned across multiple sites: squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and pull-ups.

i made notes of these exercises and the proper form for each. They also watched a few YouTube videos to get a visual understanding of how to perform them correctly. One channel, in particular, stood out: a fitness trainer named Jordan who had a series called "Strength Training for Beginners." His approach was clear and motivating, breaking down each exercise step-by-step.

Inspired, i decided to put together a simple workout plan:

Squats – 3 sets of 10 reps Deadlifts – 3 sets of 8 reps Bench Press – 3 sets of 10 reps Pull-Ups – 3 sets to failure Planks – 3 sets of 1 minute

After completing the plan, it was time to start. I headed to the gym with determination, ready to put my new workout routine to the test. It took me an hour to go through all the exercises, and during that time, I discovered a few things about my unique talents that would help me tremendously.

The first discovery was that I could use my vitality to maintain my stamina. Although this method was slow, it meant that my stamina regeneration was noticeably improved. Any improvement in stamina regen was something I would never complain about, as it allowed me to push through my workouts more effectively.

The second discovery was even more remarkable. I realized that I could increase my muscle mass faster than I had anticipated. My theory was that muscle growth happens when micro-injuries caused by exercise heal. However, because my healing process was exceptionally fast, the worst part of exercising (the pain) disappeared or at least it reduce the time i feel it. As a result, my muscles increased faster than those of other people.

Armed with this knowledge, I felt a new surge of motivation. My skills gave me a significant advantage, and I was determined to make the most of them. Each workout session became more exciting as I watched my progress accelerate.

after doing the exercices 10 times in 3 hour some several changes was made in my body, my muscles are now visibles and i have more strength that i had at star, alse i can say that i dont get tired even if i use   {regeneration} 20 times , now i decide to stop, as the vitality stored is less than the half, and it is time to check my stats

my strength and endurance increase in 4 but all the start have not increase too much

maybe is because the description of every stat, is i want to make it go up i should made some exercise or method that need depends of that stat

for example to increase my strength i lift weight, so to make agility higher i could make some exercise to react faster, and for hardness i read that fighters hit hard things to make skin and bones harder, well i will add that to my routine, but i will do it tomorrow

also my skills level up, except  of {regeneration} but now that my endurance is 5 i can use it more, specially in the middle of my routine
